Composer Raphaelle Thibaut has written music for the opening titles of the second series of Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars, the acclaimed Apple TV+ documentary series produced by Studio Ramsay Global.
The new eight-part series premiered globally on 25 September 2026, with two episodes launching on the first day. Hosted by food and travel expert Jesse Burgess, Knife Edge returns to the high-pressure world of Michelin-starred restaurants, following chefs and their teams as they attempt to win, retain or gain another Michelin Star.
Produced by Studio Ramsay Global, the series is executive produced by Gordon Ramsay, Lisa Edwards, Lorraine Charker-Phillips and Jill Greenwood, and directed by James Callum.
