Composers re-join double Molly and Mack series

CBeebies drama returns for double series.

Popular CBeebies drama series Molly and Mack, based on the daily adventures of a Scottish village community, is to return to CBeebies with a double re-order of 40 new episodes. Underscore is by Paul Honey (score) and songs by BAFTA-winning Ellie Wyatt (songs).

Set in The Hub, each standalone episode of the pre-school drama focuses on the lives and comic dilemmas of a diverse, cross-generational village community. The stories reflect the characters’ interconnected lives as the friends and neighbours live happily in the beautiful village of Bridgetown.

BAFTA-winning songwriter / composer Ellie Wyatt (JoJo and Gran Gran, Kit and Pup) will be writing new songs to feature in the series. Paul Honey (All At Sea, A House Through Time) will be writing the series underscore.

Molly and Mack (40x15) is a BBC Children’s Production. The producer is Jane Baxter.
