JoJo & Gran Gran shortlisted for 2021 RTS Award
Hit show nominated for national award
JoJo & Gran Gran, scored by our composers Ellie Wyatt, Joss Peach and Jamie Salisbury, has been nominated for a national Royal Television Society (RTS) Award.
The 44×11 animated CBeebies series is about an almost five year-old girl and her fun and wise grandmother.
They live close by to one another in a bustling London neighbourhood and Gran Gran always has something planned to do when JoJo comes to visit.
Throughout the series, the stories are inspired by the passing of time, covering topics such as life cycles, the passing of the seasons, growth or the sequencing involved in activities like baking a cake or catching a bus.
The prestigious awards will be presented, and the winners and nominees celebrated, on Tuesday 16th March at 6:30pm and hosted by Jonathan Ross. The ceremony will be streamed live here.
