Drama composer talks White Lotus and killer themes

Adam Price (The Crow Girl, Apartment 7A, Curfew) appeared on BBC Radio 4’s flagship programme Today, joining new host Anna Foster to explore the enduring impact of Cristóbal Tapia de Veer’s iconic White Lotus theme and the current conversations surrounding it.

In the interview, Adam shared insights into what he aims to capture when composing memorable drama themes. He discussed how the distinctive vocalisation and percussion in the White Lotus theme contributes to the show’s striking identity and lasting appeal.

Adam is currently serving as lead orchestrator on Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning and is soon to begin scoring a new feature-length documentary for Paramount+, Ozzy Osbourne: No Escape From Now.
