Banks & Wag score a double

Hugely popular television and film composers Banks & Wag have scored two brand new series. BBC Four is making Hive Minds. The series of 13x30min episodes is a smart, play-along quiz where the answer to every question is literally staring contestants in the face. The programme is a co-production between Green Inc Film & Television and Saltbeef TV and will be filmed in Northern Ireland later this year. The executive producers are Stephen Stewart and Jeremy Salsby. Also airing is cooking-based series First Class Chefs made by Fresh One Productions. The composers worked with Fresh One last year on the hit Sky 1 talent series Launching People: The Ones To Watch starring Idris Elba and Paloma Faith. So far in 2015 Banks & Wag have scored the feature film Up All Night based on the hit BBC show Friday Download, which was released nationally in Vue cinemas earlier this year. They will also be scoring the forthcoming 52-part BBC children's series Go Jetters and the 2015 CBeebies Panto, both broadcasting this year. You can see their official reel here.
