Banks & Wag hit the big screen this week

Long running CBBC series Friday Download has been turned into a movie scored by Banks & Wag and Jamie Salisbury. In the movie version Up All Night, the show's presenters, which include Amy Winehouse's god-daughter Dionne Bromfield, head off on holiday where they are drawn to a spooky house. The television show launched on the BBC in 2011 and features title and related music by Banks & Wag. Outnumbered's Tyger Drew Honey, who is a former Friday Download presenter, also stars in the film. There will be cameos from pop band The Vamps and Britain's Got Talent stars Bars and Melody. Banks & Wag, along with fellow co-writer Jamie Salisbury, have produced the original score for the film which will be released on May 22nd 2015 in Vue cinemas nationwide. The film's cast include the current line-up of presenters Richard Wisker, Shannon Flynn, George Sear and guest host Bobby Lockwood. Wolfblood actress Louisa Connelly-Burnham also appears in the film.
