LA-based composer Paul E. Francis joins roster
A native Brit living in LA, Paul E. Francis started composing for film in 2006 when he was asked by composer David A.Hughes to co-compose the music for an all star adaptation of Terry Pratchett’s, The Hogfather (2006). The two-part TV series was a huge hit, and the producers quickly released the much anticipated follow up production, The Color of Magic (2008), which featured another all star cast including Sean Astin, Jeremy Irons, Tim Curry, and Christopher Lee, amongst others.
Paul’s more recent film and television credits include the Nickelodeon movie Legends of the Hidden Temple (2016) and Escape From Mr Lemoncello’s Library (2017).
Paul’s musical inspirations include John Williams and Alan Silverstri – styles which he is making his own and continuing to find success with. He has also worked with some of the world’s leading orchestras including The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and The City of Prague Philharmonic.
Currently, Paul is scoring Season 1 of Micronauts (26×22) for Hasbro Studios. He has also recently completed scoring Season 3 of the hit show Bunnicula for Warner Brothers Animation, as well as the 2018 British horror feature, Heretiks.
Paul recently became a proud member of BAFTA Los Angeles and is a voting member for the Television Academy.
2019 looks to be another year of continuously rising momentum for Paul, who looks forward to getting involved with new projects and expanding his horizons.
