Acclaimed animation Children Of The Holocaust to air on BBC 4

Powerful animated films, scored by Paul Honey, in which elderly Jewish Holocaust survivors tell their stories of Nazi persecution in their childhood.

The films, made by Yorkshire-based animation company Fettle Animation for BBC Learning, feature elderly survivors recounting their childhood experiences of Nazi atrocities, their escape from occupied mainland Europe to Britain, adapting to life in the UK and the impact on their lives subsequently.

They will be broadcast on BBC 4 on Holocaust Memorial Day, 27th January 2018 at 7pm.

The films will also be shown at the United Nations in New York later this month as part of its Holocaust Remembrance Outreach Programme.
